I was thinking of you this week as I sent a client my signed agreement with significantly increased rates for our coaching services for the next 5 years. I don’t know if you remember helping me with that, but they were pretty stinky to work with at a few points, and you were very clear that I needed to diversify my clients. Not only have I diversified, but I did submit a proposal (also recommended by you) at our regular rates to let them say “no” if they truly didn’t want to work with us anymore. Apparently, they do! We’ll see what work they end up actually giving us, but the last 5 years were worth almost 1/4 million. Whooohoooo!!! Thanks for all the great coaching, Sir. It was immensely helpful, still is. And, I think I’m at a 1/2 million in revenue this year, too. It’s working. 🙂
