2 Business Coaching Clients Signed For $1,750 Per Month

I got the lead from my warm market of referrals. They make medicated skin care products and environmental disinfectants and do about 3 million in sales per year. I contacted the owners a couple of months ago, they were excited and knew they needed some help in growing their business. They cancelled 3 meetings over a 2 month period and I considered giving up on them. On our coaching call, you told me to practice patience (for me being a high D that’s tough). I rebooked another CCS with them. The husband and wife team completed the score card and she actually score 0’s on many of the Silver Bullets. They stressed, argued with each other and then asked “when can we get started.” I pulled out my handy contract and signed them up for a coaching program. I screwed up by not explaining well enough the “double” fee in the first month and had to put out the fire when she got my invoice for $3,500 for coaching and a strategic plan, instead of $1,750 for the coaching alone. I learned a ton, and I know that they will have a huge ROI from our services.

I have on my desk a freshly signed agreement for $1,750 per month with my first Business Coaching client!  I was introduced to this client through my Denver Chamber Leads Group. I attended a meeting with the client thinking it was another networking meeting. It quickly became apparent that my client really needed my services to work on several current challenges and I transitioned into setting a CCS. After meeting with her once more and once with her husband (who is involved in the company part-time but looking to retire) they decided to engage me as their coach and they signed the agreement today! It is exciting to think I can have an impact in helping them turn around their company. I will keep you posted on my progress!

It’s official! After just a few months in, I’ve booked my 3rd business coaching client and the largest contract yet. We start on Tuesday. My monthly revenues for October should be at $4,600 and I have three more B2B clients pending!

I recently signed my first three clients all within the last week.  All three clients were obtained through networking within my BNI group!

The first is an audio-video production and entertainment company with a goal of growing revenues and profits so that he can quit his second job (second shift) to build a business to support his family. I signed this one for $750 per month plus $750 for the Strategic Plan for a total of $1,500.

The second is a trophy and engraving business with a goal of increasing revenue and profitability and reducing errors and waste in the manufacturing process to build a business he can pass on to his son. I signed them for $500 per month plus $500 for the Strategic Plan for a total of $1,000.

In addition to all the scripting which helps my sales presentation, the coaching calls with you help a lot. If I didn’t have those, I’d be kind of alone with no chance to talk about all the negative or positive things and try to fix them. I think it’s a good model to achieve success!

I have been working the system for 6 weeks under the guidance of Eric Dombach. The coaching calls are necessary for accountability, business process questions, real teaching moments and creating doable plans and course corrections to continue marketing my new business. Eric (The Yoda of Business Coaching!) coaches me on a weekly basis for 30 minutes. He provides an extraordinarily high degree of accountability and expectations and he will not settle for sub-par performance. He is simultaneously approachable and a valuable resource for solutions and recommendations.

I’m happy to say that I just completed my third Complementary Coaching Session with a prospect and walked away with a check for $3,000. My new client buys, reconditions and sells large industrial plant equipment such as air handlers, chillers, boilers, manufacturing assembly lines. The business is three years old and profitable but growth is stagnant. Initial diagnosis indicated that my client has reached his capacity to grow the business because he feels he has to do everything. He verbalized his real problem: “I cannot do it all alone. I have to learn to delegate and manage the business and not be involved in every single transaction the business conducts.”

For me, your coaching helps me remember I am not in this game alone. Others with experience are available to answer questions and brainstorm solutions to problems that come up. The coaching process is not always pain free but very necessary to succeed!
